PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
To help avoid any confusion or disappointment, please read the following information.
For all reservations a valid Visa or Mastercard will be required on check-in. Your card details will be held securely, on file, as security for unpaid balances, damages or extra cleaning charges that may be incurred.
Balance is payable on arrival.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 48hrs prior to arrival date (only applicable for bookings done on Best Available Rate), Should you cancel within 48hrs a retention of one night is charged.
In the event of no-shows and in peak periods, no refund is provided.
All offers apart from Best Available Rate require full payment to be charged upon booking and are non-refundable. No refunds will be given in event of a no-show, or shortened stay.
Guests are required to pay the balance of accommodation charges at the time of check-in.
A valid photo ID and credit card may be required at check-in time.
There is a non-refundable card surcharge of 1.8% for American Express, 1.02% for Mastercard credit cards, 0.52% for Mastercard debit cards, 0.87% for Visa credit cards, 0.57% for Visa debit cards, 0.43% for EFTPOS, and 2% for other international credit card when you pay with your credit/debit card.
The quoted tariff is based on the number of persons provided at the time of booking. Extra charges will apply for additional guests. Please note occupancy limits apply.
During WOMADelaide, Tour Down Under, Clipsal, Test Cricket and any other event deemed as a peak rate, deposits will be charged at Best Available Rate; however prices are subject to an annual increase and will be adjusted closer to the dates.
No refund will be given during peak rates.
Any items left damaged or missing from the park will be charged to the credit card on file after departure.
Adelaide Caravan Park has the right to terminate stays if guests are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way, causing damage, disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language, or otherwise breaking resort rules.
No refunds will be given and charges will apply for any damaged caused.
An extra charge of $20.00 (per bed) may apply if more beds are used than requested on the booking.
We remind guests this is a self-contained cabin. Please respect the park and leave your cabin as you found it. Wash/dry and put away all dishes, and remove rubbish to the bins by the dump point.
For rooms that are considered less than acceptable upon departure, management, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee.
